The general service policy and prerequisites for all contractual interventions include the following:
Our services include all tasks required to achieve performance excellence through management system certification, grouped in the following categories:
The creation, review, updating or maintenance of all documentation required any organization to provide control of work processes against ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 15189, ISO 17025, ISO 45001 or related requirements. This includes quality, safety, environmental or integrated management system manual and policies, procedures, job descriptions, work instructions and forms. In general, all documentation is provided against the guidelines of ISO/TR 10013 “Guidelines for quality Management System Documentation”.
In situations where responsibilities are not documented, Quality Council will provide that documentation with the most appropriate vehicle so as to assure quality control. In this contemporary electronic age, documentation is not solely limited to written documents, but include digital videos, sound files and animations, all retrievable from a single source document management system.
Quality Council can provide training to close the gap between job requirements and the actual level of skills and knowledge of the individuals. With the focus on this objective, innovative training delivery methods are deployed, including classroom training, on-the-job training, coaching, modeling, management development, mentoring and tutoring self-directed learning programs.
Quality never happens by accident. It is a deliberate approach to achieve excellence. Having documented the work processes and having trained the individuals in providing the human intervention necessary, does not provide guarantee that processes will flow as documented. Quality Council can provide the management of change necessary and assist the organization with guidance to do what it takes to achieve conformance. Conformity is sought against the international requirements, or whatever is set forth from the normative references adopted. Quality Council also specializes in all kinds of measurement systems and calibration and proficiency testing.
With audits the management system is verified for compliance against the normative requirements. The normative requirements are not limited to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and internal procedures, but include the complete spectrum of all legal and regulatory requirements to which the organization is to abide.

The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) is the world’s largest developer and publisher of International Standards. ISO is a network of the national standards institutes of 163 countries, one member per country, with a Central Secretariat in Geneva, Switzerland, that coordinates the system.
Because “International Organization for Standardization” would have different acronyms in different languages (“IOS” in English, “OIN” in French for Organisation internationale de normalisation), its founders decided to give it also a short, all-purpose name. They chose “ISO”, derived from the Greek isos, meaning “equal”. Whatever the country, whatever the language, the short form of the organization’s name is always ISO.
Harmosizatie Kwaliteitsbeoordeling in de Zorgsector (HKZ) is a Dutch normative institute for sustained quality improvement in healthcare. The institute develops norms and standards for more than 30 branches in healthcare, ranging from pharmacies, ambulance services, home care to child care.
Launched in 1991, Investors in People is the UK’s leading people management standard. It specializes in transforming business performance through people. Over a third of the UK’s workforce uses Investors in People today, and employers do so because they see a number of real business benefits.
